Maybe: could be tissue related to vaginal trauma during sex or it could be some endometrial tissue that was expelled from the lining of the uterus. Hard to say for sure without seeing what the tissue looks like. If associated with an odor get evaluated to make sure its not from an infection.

Here's the "skinny": With such extensive rubbing of the labia during the "rough sex" the epithelial (skin) cells are abraded on the top layer and exfoliate.(come off). When that occurs the dermis (under layer of skin) try to rapidly replace the skin cells that have been removed (epithelialization). This is the normal process of skin replacement.
