Extrasystoles: Frequent extra beats with an otherwise normal heart do not presage any evil in general. If the heart is structurally or functionally abnormal, the same statement doesn't necessarily hold. Without knowing the state of your heart, it isn't possible to tell you for sure whether you have a problem.
