Norovirus: Not everyone who is infected with norovirus will get sick, in fact up to 30% may NOT get sick. Alot of it has to do with genetics (survival of the fittest), past exposure, viral strain, and extent of exposure. That said, some people just have nausea. Most have nausea/vomiting AND diarrhea. Good that it's short lived-U should be better in a day or 2. Drink lots fluid/soups. Call doc if not better.
