Is it possible to have norovirus with no vomiting or diarrhea? a bunch of people i work with have had it recently and today i woke up with no appetite and feeling nauseous off and on but no vomiting or diarrhea after over 12 hours of this?

It is certainly possible that your current symptoms are due to a norovirus. You should feel thankful that you do not have the more severe symptoms, but report it to your physician if you do start to develop worse symptoms. If you do get bad diarrhea or vomiting, be sure to stay well hydrated. Good luck.
