Go to ER asap!: Sounds like he may have an upper GI bleed (like a bleeding gastric/duodenal ulcer). If so, this could be very serious, and even life threatening. I urge you take him to the emergency room asap for an examination, diagnostic testing, and appropriate treatment. Take Care!
