SLEEP APNEA: I am not sure if you are overweight,sleep apnea can cause brain fog.alcohol can cause it too.if you undiagnosed HTN,then it can do this too.Please get a physical done with your local doctor.If you are obese,lose weight,try to eat healthy and drink lot of water.DO NOT CONSUME ENERGY DRINKS which give a high then you feel down after the effects of caffeine.sleep at fixed times but sleep for 8 hrs.
