It's possible.: The biggest risk from burning fires indoors is carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Please make sure you have working CO detectors in each room and if you're using your fireplace, make sure the flue is open before lighting a fire. Another risk you face is that smoke of any kind can worsen allergies or asthma. If possible, you may want to consider other ways of heating your home.
