Vaginitis: Bacterial vaginosis is characterized by a "fishy" odor, grey discharge, and vaginal burning. It is caused by a change in the vaginal pH. The bump is difficult to dx without an exam. Discharge could also be an STD. Recommended seeing your doctor.

See below:: The fishy smelling discharge is frequently Bacterial Vaginosis. This is treated with a course of antibiotics. It isn't known to cause bumps. The bump could be a skin tag, a wart, a pimple or something else. There is no way to know without an exam. Best wishes!
