I had 2 difficult extractions 6 days ago with an unexpected bone graft. 1 stitch came out day 4, then some grit day 5. looks healing. normal?

Extractions: It is not uncommon for graft material to come out as we usually overfill the socket with bone graft. If a lot of the graft material came out or the socket it open, the bone graft may fail. You should definitely ask your dentist about it when you see him for the post operative visit (usually 7-14 days after surgery).
