No "natural" Rx: Please forgive my frankness. You're involved with "natural healing" but it won't touch the pigmented lesions on your face. If you develop a melanoma, you'll need surgery or you will die. If you want the nevi / lentigos off your face, you'll need laser or microsurgery.
