No: Yellow/tan stains don't mean you are pregnant (or not pregnant). They are the result of vaginal discharge. Sometimes this can be the result of an infection such as yeast, trichomonas, Bacterial Vaginosis or other infection. It can also be a normal finding. If it is persistent and bothersome, you should see your gyn and find out what it is. Best wishes!
