Probably not: You will likely have bleeding (and cramping) that would amount to more than you would normally see with a period when you do miscarry.

I took mifepristone, and insert 4 Misoprostol in my vagina after 36 hrs. After 4 hrs with Misoprostol, I peed and big blood clot was released along with the 3 Misoprostol tablets. Is the procedure successful if the misoprostol tabs came out?
