Possibly: Gallbladder related, particularly if sludge is not allow for appropriate drainage of bile. But it also may be related to dietary changes. Anxiety itself won't cause your stool color to change, it can affect your frequency! If you haven't been evaluated by your doctor and/or your OB then you need to see them sooner rather than later.

Most likely: It's related to biliary dysfunction, and pregnancy related gallbladder issues. On the other hand, other information about your diet and the quality of the stool (floating, formed, loose) is important to consider, so without that information, in the absence of pain and vomiting, it's not possible to be certain. I suggest talking with your OB, and giving as much detail as s/he asks for. Keep a diary
