Pregnancy test: The easiest way to diagnosis pregnancy is with a home pregnancy test. They are very accurate. A sonogram is only helpful if you can see a fetus. Simply head to the pharmacy and pick up a home test. In minutes you will have your answer.

Maybe: The thickness of the endometrium does not tell you if you are pregnant or not. You can only diagnose pregnancy by ultrasound if you see a gestational sac with a pregnancy inside. Very early in pregnancy ultrasound won't see the pregnancy. Its better to do a pregnancy test (urine or blood) if you want to know if you are pregnant. Best wishes!

Interesting question: There may be sonologists, who by the sonographic change of the endometrium after conception can tell that conception occurred, but I would rather rely on a urine pregnancy test. They are available as over the counter home pregnancy tests and turn positive days before the anticipated menstrual period.
