Hiv test after 2,5,8 & 10 months after possible exposure all came back negative. is this result satisfactory or more test is required.

Satisfactory: If antibody test is negative at 10 months after exposure, you are safe. For your peace of mind you may wish to get HIV nucleic acid test, if that is negative you do not have HIV.
