Is accutane really as bad as people claim it to be?everyone seems to make the side effects seem scary, and im already prone to some anxiety and such.

Accutane: Accutane is a wonderful medicine for scarring acne which does not respond to other acne medications. It is a serious threat to a fetus. There is some concern with the mood side effects which can be dangerous. Your dermatologist will see if you are an appropriate person for this therapy.
