Been having lower abdominal pain and cramping,had large uterus not pregnant! had scan,it came back clear,what happens now?

? IBS: 30's female notes "lower abdominal cramping" & wonders why. Intestinal pain is generated by stretch & spasm of intestinal wall smooth muscles. These irritable bowel activities are likely driven by aberrant autonomic nervous system impulses; resulting from neural impingements caused by lumbar & pelvic joint subluxations; begotten by mechanical injury, childbirth, & Joint Hypermobility Syndrome.
