Hi there. i was cleaning my belly button yesterday with my fingers and today i noticed some light brown sticky substance. what could it be from?

Belly button: you likely cause an abrasion and this is your body trying to make a scab. Because of the moisture in this area scabs are difficult to form and you get the material you describe.

Substance: Your belly button will collect oil and debris which can get "sticky". Your belly button can get infected too with a fungus or bacteria.
