Nexplanon: As with all progesterone contraceptives, abnormal bleeding is the major side effect. You can have bleeding every day or no bleeding at all or anything in between. Depending on how long you have had the implant you may end up with no bleeding at all, if it is relatively new. What you describe can be entirely normal for the Nexplanon for you.
