See a neurologist: The history is very sketchy. However, if you are having headaches with additional symptoms (exercise induced"imbalance"), I strongly recommend imaging (MRI, others) and a neurological consultation. Certain type of headaches can be associated with increased intracranial pressure and produce the symptoms you described. Most likely you are suffering from a benign condition but is prudent to be safe.

You need: to find out WHY you are "off balance"!! There may bea connection between that and your "chronic headaches" See your Primary Care Provider who may wish to refer you to a Neurologist! Hope this helps Dr Z
