Correct Diagnosis: First i recommend making sure you have the correct diagnosis since endometriosis is often the true culprit. IC is hard to treat. Sometimes surgery can help diagnosis or distend the bladder. but treatment is unpredictable. If medicine is not working then a diagnosis is important
