Not necessarily: Growth in girls usually slows after periods start and usually stops about a year after menses begin. At 19 you have certainly fused your growth plates and will not be growing more. Have you had a balanced diet with all essential nutrients? Could you be iron deficient? Could you be pregnant? If your appetite continues to be excessive in your opinion you may want to have a check up.
