Issues: 1: Hopefully you are on blood pressure lowering medicine. 2: With high blood pressure and chest pain it might be a good thing to go to the nearest Emergency Room. 3: Diabetes at age 23 is either type 1 diabetes which requires insulin, or type 2 diabetes that indicates you are not taking proper care of yourself. YOU CAN BEAT TYPE 2 DIABETES!
