Continuous hair care: Hair is a protein and sensitive to nutrition, external agents, and temperature. Foods rich in vitamins and oils will help the scalp, the base of the hair follicle. Washing hair with gentle shampoos with less perfume and harsh chemicals will offer a greater chance to growth with less breakage. A good conditioner, less heat for drying, and less rubber bands or mechanical devices will decrease splits
