I'm having lower back pain, pain in lower abdomen pain when urinating pain during and after sex and sometimes bleeding after sex and i have weight gain could i have endometriosis? i'm sleeping constantly because i'm in so much pain!

Pain: Sounds more like an infection or STD especially with the pain with urination. Probably time to see a GYN and fairly soon to rule that out and other possible issues. Endometriosis is more associated with bloating than weight gain. An ovarian mass could cause this also.
