Yes: A mole that has been removed and grows back should be removed again and sent for pathology to determine what kind of mole it is. If it is melanoma, the pathology will make that diagnosis.

Maybe: Best to have it looked at by a dermatologist. Also - was the original mole sent to a pathologist to look at it under a microscope?
