Fet was on 12/19. i'm 5wks4ds pregnant. first ultrasound today. check for a sac. it's 4.6mm. dr said it should be 6mm. do i need to be concerned?

Yes: A small sac is concerning, but it is still too early to know the outcome. It is a reason to repeat the ultrasound in a week rather than waiting longer. the issue is whether the pregnancy continues to grow in the proper manner. So some concern but too early to be overly concerned
