Rule out torsion: Testicular torsion is an emergency situation and should be checked out ASAP. Testis will be exttemely painful, scrotum will be swollen, testis extremely tender probably higher in scrotum that the left one. Nausea 7 vomiting can occur. Otherwise, an ice-pack may help if pain is due to trauma alone. However torsion can also be induced by trauma. Good luck & please take this seriously.
