Hmmm: The first thing that comes to my mind is a hernia, second is an ovarian cyst or dilated fallopian tube, something that has expanded in your reproductive system enough so that you can palpate it. You may want to have this evaluated by a physician. Have an imaging study to assess where this bump/mass is.
