Upset stomach: It is unlikely that you will get any thing worse than an upset stomach and may be some loose motions. Take something like Peptobismol if are having an upset stomach.

After twenty hours: I see that you asked 20 hours ago. Either you got very sick to your stomach, or nothing happened. I'll bet the latter. Hope you're feeling better. If you're otehrwise healthy, this won't be life-threatening. Best wishes.
