Yeast: If you had a vaginal yeast infection and are breast feeding it is possible that you also have a yeast infection of your nipples. Pelvic tenderness is not usually associated with yeast or BV. You need to get back to your PCP or OB/GYN for an additional exam and testing. Hope this helps and you feel better fast.
