Probably: 1/2 of all pregnancies have some bleeding in the first trimester. Of those 1/2 have miscarriages which are usually due to something the matter with the baby. The other 1/2 go on and have perfectly normal babies and we never know what caused the bleeding. Since you stopped bleeding and are having no more problems, your baby is probably just fine.
