Not pregnant: It sounds as if you are not pregnant given that your pregnancy test was negative. It also seems as if you're having some irregular period. You mentioned tissue, possibly you're worried that you had a miscarriage? It's possible, but you'll never know. Sometimes coagulated blood looks like tissue too. If you're worried about your regular cycle, see a doctor.
