See a physician.: This sounds like multiple different issues. Nipple pain could be topical irritation from chaffing or something serious, especially if the nipples are dried,flaky and appear chapped. The heart burn is usually esophogeal reflux, but could also be heart pain. The burning when breathing may be bronchitis. You need to be seen to evaluate these multiple issues.
