When pregnancy does occur,it's usually within the first year.Success depends on your age,health of the tubes,amount of scar tissue,male sperm count,surgeon's skill, type of procedure utilized and results of tests 3-4 months after the surgery.Think twice. It's a big responsibility.Make sure whatever thinking led to the tubal is now resolved

Fresh eggs: From your age i assume you still have a basket full of chances.It may be technically a problem as getting tubes to work again after they were tied is not always successful. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Both approaches can work but are expensive.
