Migraine: poor sleep,overweight causing sleep disturbance,stress,hunger,too much caffeine,alcohol and migraine are few of the causes of headaches.try to avoid the above.drink lot of water.if you have headaches for weeks or more than a month,then please see a doctor right away.Also,if you can check your blood pressure in a local pharmacy-do it in the evening time.high BP is a common cause of headache too.
