Bleeding after sex: Postcoital bleeding refers to spotting or bleeding unrelated to menstruation that occurs during or after sexual intercourse. It can be a sign of underlying pathology and is usually alarming for patients. Bleeding after sex is a sign that the cervix is being easily irritated and usually it can occur with an infection of the cervix. See your Gyn Dr. for an eval and let them know your symptoms.
