See your doctor: Sexual activity should not be painful. Vaginal infections, lacerations, thinning of the skin, hormonal vaginal changes and other issues may be contributing to the pain & bleeding. An examination of the vagina is warranted & should help lead to a diagnosis that will alleviate these symptoms.
