No: It is not unusual to have had a small hymen or to have had it break during an active athletic childhood. Even normal hymen breakage may have little or no blood. This is not at all a problem physically. For cultures with fundamentalist religious beliefs it can cause concerns, but hopefully, even those can be relieved with trust and honesty. Best wishes!

Normal: Most women do not bleed during or after sex, even if it is the first sexual experience. The bleeding that a virgin may have is due to tearing of the hymen. If the hymen is flexible enough, it is possible to have sex without tearing and there would be no bleeding. There is no problem to worry about.
