Buttock lesions: tender, red spots on the buttock, could be pimples, which both men and women could get. w ear only cotton under pants, and do not use oily soaps or creams or body lotions. Dry well after your shower, and dry the buttock skin with witch hazel. Keep cool and dry, avoid sweating or sitting around in a wet or sweaty clothing or bathing suit. use a small amount of hydrocortisone cream ; rub in well
