Other way around...: Usually changes in your period or complete absence reflects the status of ovulation. If the process(ovulation) was not normal, whether it happened because of pregnancy or any hormonal fluctuation or irregularity, it reflects in how your period comes. The quality of your period does not affect the ovulation but the opposite instead. Hope this answers your question.
