Go see family doc: Vagina is a potential space. In other words, unless something is in it, vagina tends to be close upon itself. Therefore, it may be difficult to visualize opening, much less hymen. You didn't mention your age or Tanner stage (http://www.fpnotebook.com/endo/exam/fmltnrstg.htm) but menarche (1st menses) occurs from 10.8-14.5yo. Best option if still worried is to see your family doc.

Very young.: You are very young at this time. You need not worry about this at this time. As your hormones begin to build the vagina will open on its own. You will also feel cramps and abdominal pain if your period starts and your hymen is imperforate. Best wishes.
