Hormone imbalance: Sounds like a minor hormone imbalance. This is common right after the hormonal implant is removed. Average time to conceive is 3-5 months. I would give it a month or two longer to straighten out. Monitor you cycles and get a checkup with a gyn specialist if it isn't normal.
