My dr priscribed me 37.5mcg thyroxine dose.i don't want cut 75mcgpill so can i take 75mcg pill every second day for same result?

Yes: Thyroid hormone has a very long "half-life". It will make no difference taking 75 mcg very other day vs 1/2 pill every day. However, a dose of 37.5 mcg daily is a very small dose for someone in your age group. If 75 mcg was too high a dose, you could be on 50 mcg as the next step down.
