Self-care is: essential for anyone in helping professions. Focus more on what you can do for yourself rather than trying to change the tasks at work. Even though you may not feel like it, push yourself to connect w/friends, do yoga, run, walk, get a hobby, massage, These things are revitalizing and you will be glad you do.
