Self-care is: essential for anyone in helping professions. Focus more on what you can do for yourself rather than trying to change the tasks at work. Even though you may not feel like it, push yourself to connect w/friends, do yoga, run, walk, get a hobby, massage, These things are revitalizing and you will be glad you do. Life gets out of balance. Gently work at bringing it back. Peace and good health.

Eval: Get a full psychiatric evaluation to determine what bothers you, and consider medication to take the edge off them symptoms. Next, get a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to discuss what your current emotional state and life experiences men to YOU. Meds and therapy together are the most optimal approach, for the most part.
