Get a 2nd opinion: I see that you have acne scars which is unfortunate -- this can be prevented. You also list only doxycycline as an acne treatment without any topical agent such as benzoyl peroxide or retinoic acid -- an antibiotic should never be monotherapy. I would urge you to get a second opinion and to consider isotretinoin, to discuss spironolactone or the oral contraceptive pill as well.
