Sinus pain: Yes...it can be referred pain. Is the pain worse if you move your head quickly from side to side, jump up and down, or rotate your head? If so then it's likely sinus related....are you congested at all? Warm compresses help with this and decongestants....nasal steroids can and possibly antibiotics could be needed if you have a sinus infection
