Hi 2 days ago on sunday night i found a small bump above my left temple the next morning it was almost gone but had a headache all day should i worry?

Bump and headache: May have been a lymph node, if the headache resolved, and no numbness tingling,weakness, eye pain would not worry. May have been fleeting infection/irritation . If still have headache see doctor urgent care. Consider strep, lyme, herpes I, ear infection , tooth infection, TMJ f/u with doctor/urgent care.
