Nausea, diarrhea: Could be gallbladder, gallstones blockage but you would have pain. Usually oily discharge means there is malabsorption, do you have cystic fibrosis? Do you drink lots of alcohol? may also be gastroenteritis(ifnfection) or gastritis. if does not resolve in 24-72 hours or gets worse with pain, vomiting, inability to hold fluids down see doctor/urgent care.

Oil fish(a species of snake mackerel) is often mislabeled and sold as Butterfish, Codfish and Tuna. Escolar(snake mackerel). Consumption causes explosive oily diarrhea. **Sushi restaurants often mislabel escolar as "white tuna".> If so Report this to heath authorities.
