Nausea, diarrhea: Could be gallbladder, gallstones blockage but you would have pain. Usually oily discharge means there is malabsorption, do you have cystic fibrosis? Do you drink lots of alcohol? may also be gastroenteritis(ifnfection) or gastritis. if does not resolve in 24-72 hours or gets worse with pain, vomiting, inability to hold fluids down see doctor/urgent care.
