Diet deficiency?: See a doctor for an evaluation if this persists. It can be mal-absorption of nutrients, low vitbs, etc, but it can also be early signs of chrohn's or other conditions - have it checked if it stays or worsens. Consider improving your diet - this may be a good message to you for doing that. You know, a blessing in disguise.
